First heard him MEOWING WHOLE DAY & EARLIER at entrance of 1 condo at Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur.

BEFORE rescue :

1. Flea-infested

2. Bit Dirty

3. Hungry

4. On Heat i.e. meowing NON-stop, turning frequently, etc

NOW :

Sent to & re-homed at Kajang.
