To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,I would like to apply the neutering aid for a straycat, Juli. I found her at the shop area where I go feed the strays every now and then. She is not a regular face, I suspect that she was abandoned by her owner probably during the festive raya week.
She has been spayed and ear-tipped. When 100% recovered, I plan to put her back where she was found.
