We have sponsored RM600 for the spaying of Lulu, Pendek, Opek and Lola.
We are more than happy to help Nujtiya with our neutering aid for the dogs in the other areas mentioned.

Subject: Request for Neutering Subsidy
To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,
We have sent 4 female dogs in Kangar area to the Vet for spaying few days ago.
The total bill is RM 1,144.80 and I wish we could claim for neutering subsidy RM 600 (RM 150 x 4 female dogs). They are:
1) Lulu – Spayed on 10/Aug/2015. She just came to our taman few months ago. My mother told me that maybe one of the residents in our taman would adopt her as they always play with this super active & lovely girl. My mother will reconfirm with them again.
2) Opek – Spayed on 10/Aug/2015. Normally roaming around another taman and sometimes the seller (an old couple) nearby will also give her some left over food. They even promise to apply a dog license for her.
3) Lola – Spayed on 11/Aug/2015. Normally roaming around a hotel. Glad to know that the residents there are quite nice, sometimes they will let Lola to go in their yard / car park area if raining.
4) Pendek – Spayed on 11/Aug/2015. Normally roaming around a coffee shop. This area has more stray dogs (around 6 ~ 8 dogs). Luckily many are male & now we left only 1 female dog to be spayed (Most probably will bring the female dog for spaying in this November). Few months ago my mum got to know a new friend (Aunty Lian) who is also a dog lover, so both of them will take turn to feed the stray dogs around here & Pendek is now with her until she fully recovered. Pendek will then release to the colony as Aunty Lian already has 3 dogs at home.
You may also find attached the photos & form. I will update you the Pos Ekspress No. by tomorrow if you confirm.
Apart from this, we saw too many stray female dogs at an area in Alor Setar when I took my meal there. We ever seen (once) a lady feeding them but I don’t think any of them were spayed. May I check with you if I allowed to claim the neutering subsidy even though we don’t feed the dogs at all (as Alor Setar is too far for my mum to go there, it’s about 45 min-drive from Kangar)? I just hope that I can get them spayed and then release to the colony. If you accept my idea, I would probably do this for few more areas such as Kuala Perlis, Jejawi, or Johor area.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Nujtiya
