To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hello Dr Chan,Suhanizah again here. I have sent the form and original receipt yesterday. I found Blacky a month ago. My husband and i went to stall near the hostel college. I saw Blacky was sat near the guard house silently. Unfortunately, one of the guard was kick him, asked Blacky to move away. I decide to bring him home as i know, he wont go far away from the hostel. He surely will come again and dont know what will happen with him the next following days.I decided to brought him neuter as he spray all over my house.
