To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr. Chan Kah Yein
Hi, I would like to apply neutering aid for two(2) cats. Completed forms and original receipts (2 receipts) already been posted by today (17/3/2016) by using pos express . The two cats(One female and one male ) are found in bukit beruang, Malacca. I would like to adopt the male cat as my pet and release the female cat after neutered.FYI, the collage of photos and receipts already been uploaded as file attachments. Please inform me if there is any addition of documents is require. As this matter is urgent, I would like to appreciate a reply as soon as possible.
Thank you.Details:
