Hi Dr Chan,

This is my first time to rescue a street dog at LDP Bandar Sunway area. My mother found her wandering around the LDP toll highway and called me over the bring her back. I temporarily Forster her at my place few weeks ago. I had brought her for neutering at SPCA last week and would like to get her a new home where my uncle orchard farm in Ipoh.

I hope to seek a fund subsidy for neutering.

Thank you.
From,

Joseph Wong
