Subject: Fwd: [Daniel Kwok] SS23/6 Neuter – 26th April 2016
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,Hope you are well.Alex is our elusive cat. Seen only once in a month at times, it was surprising that he went into our “trap” and was caught. But boy was he strong and fierce. He kept bumping his nose into the cage in hope of bursting out. But I have placed reinforcements (zip lock ties) and took him straight to the clinic.Alex is the offspring of Jewel. When we get to trap Biscuit next, then we would truly have neutered Jewel and her whole family. Please find attached, the soft copy of receipt, form and pictures of before and after. The original form and clinic receipt was handed by hand to AnimalCare todayt. Date sending is 26/04/2016.We will be seeking for only RM90.00 reimbursement from our efforts to spay Alex. Thank you. Wishing you and your family good health and happiness.Daniel Kwok Tak Hoong
