Glad to write  to you again.

I would like to request aid for this straycat (legam).

I find him at rubbish collection area, Bandar Kluang when i went to my auntie house last 2 months.

Now his age is estimated around 6 months. Already neutered and will be adopted to my auntie by end of this months.

I hope Dr. may consider my application. Attached with the picture, receipt and application form.

I will sent the original to your address by tomorrow or by latest on Friday.
