Dear Applicants,
Previously, we had always recommended that you use Pos Ekspres to post your applications to us. Pos Ekspres was then under Poslaju and was very reliable. It was also affordably priced at RM3 and was fast and efficient (then).
However, ever since the Pos Ekspres services was taken over by Pos Malaysia a few months ago, our experience with it has been nothing short of nightmarish.
Not only is it terribly delayed (so it is not at all “express” in any way anymore), taking up to 5-7 days to make a local delivery, the biggest problem is the unreliable tracking system whereby it will show that the item has been delivered, but actually, it has not (we have not received it).
Here’s an example:
The item below was posted on 12th August 2016 and we still have not received it. Look at what the tracking says:

This misleading “Item Delivered” (but actually it has not been delivered) started happening round about Hari Raya and has been happening a lot lately.
It puts us in a difficult position because the sender will insist that Pos Malaysia has delivered the item, but we really have not received it yet.
With deadlines to meet, this poses a great deal of problems.
Our experience with Poslaju has also been quite problematic. If you remember, an item failed to be delivered to us because our collection point was closed (my friend’s shop) but a card was left for us. When I drove to the depot to collect the item, they could not trace it and said there was no such number in the system! I made a complaint to Pos Malaysia and they said they would look into it but it has been months and there has been no reply whatsoever.
So, seeing that both Pos Ekspres and Poslaju are not reliable now, we are no longer encouraging you to use Pos Ekspres.
Please use whatever means you can to ensure your application reaches our address. If you use courier, kindly follow our blog because sometimes our collection point is closed and during this time, please do not post until our collection point is open again. We will also definitely inform you by email if you make an application during the period when our collection point is closed. Then, please ensure your application arrives before or after that period. Not during. (This is because courier delivery requires a signature as acknowledgement of receipt.)
Any inconvenience is very much regretted, but this is the best we can do as we have constraints too.
Your understanding on this matter is hugely appreciated.
Thank you.
