I have sent 3 female dogs for neutering on 07/Aug/2016 (2 dogs) & 08/Aug/2016 (1 dog). 3 of them were stray dogs at Kangar, Perlis.
They are actually new in that area so we believe somebody brought and dumped them over there.If possible, I would like to claim full (RM 450, RM 150 x 3 dogs) for this time as the amount is too big for me.
