To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,How are your? i wish to write in for neutering aid for the most recent batch of strays i found at the market in Sri Gombak when i was there for marketing. Two cats was in a very very small filthy cage and one was paralyzed from waist down. The cages are in the open air and under a tree with no other shelter. Its too pathetic condition not to take them home.This is the second time i rescue rescue the strays from the same market. 2 months ago i rescued a sporo cat in a very bad condition and abt 10 very young kittens and a few adult cats. And last month I rescue 2 more female at my back lane, i found two cats and one has a very bad eye injury.I have spayed all the above rescues and funded all the medical expenses myself.Is taking a toll on my expenses and i therefore wish to apply for neutering aid for this two recent cats.I truly appreciate your financial assistant.Please find attached photos and documentations as required.I will be sending the original receipts by mail to you.Thank youYours faithfully,Wong Yiew Mei
