Hi Dr Chan.

My name Chong Chai Yin can call me Sharon.

I have a cat and her name is “Ni Ni “. She is stray cat, I found her in front of my house with skinny body and look going to died if not having any food.

I adopt her about 2 month, I plan to let her having ligation surgery at the clinic. The vet advise me can get the subsidy through “Animal Care”.

Looking forward your kind reply to let me know any required form or others to

get the subsidy before I send NiNi for spaying.
