Last week, Poslaju failed to deliver a mail, so they left a note at our address.
This afternoon, I went to the Poslaju collection depot with the note to collect the mail. Unfortunately, they could not give me the mail because I only produced my IC (with my name) while the mail was addressed to AnimalCare.
This had never happened previously, but I don’t blame them since there was no way to verify that I was associated with AnimalCare.
So, I could not get the mail.
For those of you who use Poslaju, to avoid the problem above, please include my name (Chan Kah Yein) in the addressee so that in the event that they fail to deliver it and leave a card, at least I can collect the mail using my IC.

On the Poslaju note (at the back or at the end) is a section where you appoint someone to collect. You are suppose to fill in the name of the person collecting on behalf. So just appoint yourself. 😀
Now that you mentioned it, yes, I noticed that too. Thanks! I wonder why the officer did not suggest using that. He kept on asking me, “Where is the proof that you are associated with AnimalCare?” Finally, he said they would re-deliver the mail (I hope they do).
