Would like to inform you that I have forwarded a claim (reimbursement) yesterday via ordinary post.Below are the short write-up of the furkid:
Notty was being abandoned nearby my housing area about 5 months ago. My parents had taken care of her since then. As usual, we are temporarily adopting her whilst at the same time look for a good owner to give her a forever home. Kindly see the attached images (pre & post operation) of Notty for your kind reference.
Meanwhile, I am delighted to reduce my claim amount of RM40.00 and hence, you only need to reimburse a sum of RM100.00 to me.
