Neutering aid for 2 cats in Kuala Lumpur (Tan Yien Phing’s)

We have fully sponsored RM160 for the neutering of these 2 cats (1 male, 1 female).

Hi Dr Chan.  Today I have sent two stray cats forneutering.  These two adult cats and two kittens were found at Damai Perdana Pasar Pagi .   To control population growth of stray cats I need to send them for neutering.  Hope u Can approve my neuter aid application.  The bill and form will be sending Tomorrow.  Tq
