Hi Dr Chan,
Application for neutering and spaying aid of MYR400.00.With the help of the security guards at a housing area, we managed to coaxed these 4 dogs into a new uncompleted house and from there Wenny and I shooed them into the carrier that we brought.
After the surgery, these dogs would be released back to the housing area and the guards will feed them there.
