To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,hi, im Christine chin WAi leng. im writing in is to apply the subsidy of spaying 2 rescued pupps and they are now 5 months old. (may refer to the pet finder named as : double hot dog siblings)Theres 3 pupps were rescued during last year of Nov from a drain in Bdr Puchong Jaya (is the group pup of fatty sis, that i wished to spay) And 1 pup were adopted and left 2 female pupps that now have turned to be adult dog. these 2 pitiful siblings now is temporarily fostered by my frien in a condo and have been waited for so long to be adopted and luckily now there’s an adopter turned up and their new home is in Raub. The adopter is interested to adopt these siblings but with request of getting them spayed before sending to Raub home.i sincerely hope that a subsidy of spaying these siblings are granted as im independent rescuer & im thoroughly exhausted sometimes seeing the dogs’ bill.hope to hear from you of course hoping to receive a good new…..thanks.
