To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,Good AfternoonWe wish to apply for spaying subsidy for Sweety (sister of Twisty) who were both surrendered to us by neighbours (who fed them since young) at Old Klang Road when they came of age last Oct.Although many have called to adopt her (due to her good looks), we couldn’t approve the adoption as everyone who called has the intention to mate her with their male cat. And due to financial restriction, we took so long to spay her.Sweety is extremely timid and get terrified easily, it was so difficult to hold her steady for the pictures.
