Attached is the receipt for neutering the stray and its picture.
The female momma stray is in my area in Shah Alam. She has delivered to four babies few months ago. I planned to TNR the female cat.
I took the female stray cat for neutering on 23 March 2017. I would like to apply for the neutering aids.
