Dear Dr Chan,

I have recently rescued 5 cats, one male & 4 females in Shah Alam area. I am writing in to apply for neutering subsidy for all the cats.

The female cats are:- Eva, Katie, Tara & Zara

The male cat is – Gordon

I will make effort to re home them, otherwise I will set free again.
