Hi Dr. Chan,

I am writing to apply for neutering aid for two kittens.

Orenji was found alone in Ampang Park. He was very friendly so we took him back for neutering,  and now we are looking for an adopter for him.

Migo’s mother was rescued from Kepong and heavily pregnant. She gave birth to 6 kittens where all are adopted but Migo. He was old enough to be neutered and now we continue to look for an adopter for him.

I work together with Lim Si Jie.

Please find attached photos,  and the receipt and application form will be dropped at the mailbox tomorrow by noon.

Thank you.
