Ah Woo came to the back lane community about 6 months ago and I have been feeding him since together with the rest of the community cats.
He was recently bitten quite badly on the neck and I have decided to capture and neutered him last Saturday and attached herewith is the duly signed and completed Neutering Subsidy Form, receipt and before/after photos for your records.He was returned to the back lane together with the rest of the community cats that I have been feeding and care for.These will be sent to you via Pos Ekspres.Many thanks.Veronica
