Good morning. Is me again, Wong Yeng Yin feeder from puchong area. I wish to apply a neutering aid for 1 female stray dog and 1 female stray cat, where I am feeding them everyday in Batu 14, Puchong. This stray dog and stray cat already snip their ear and release back to their place on 29/07/2017 (dog) and 26/6/2017 (cat).
