Abby is off to another home now

Here’s Abby with Alicia and her family. Abby was very friendly and gentle with the two children as well. And the third photo shows Abby with Sherry, the family dog, at the back of their car.
I just text Alicia, and she says Abby is now at her shop, looking at the cats.
And Abby also has diarrhoea. Could be due to stress or the change of diet.
We hope everything will work out fine.
Thanks very much, Alicia, for taking in Abby.

  1. I am so happy for Abby! Now she has children and another dog to play with. This is wonderful news. We need more positive news like this. Makes all of the animal caretakers and lovers know that what we do is not always in vain.

  2. Hi everyone, it all depends on Abby's behaviour and if the entire family can accept her. We hope for the best, of course. Abby's rescuer has told me that if Abby misbehaves in this house, she will have Abby euthanised. She says she would rather concentrate on rehoming other animals. I dont know what to say as I'd rather not judge anyone. We are here to help, as best as can. Is killing the only solution that humans can think of? Can we do better than that?

the rescuer really did said that? then i dont think she deserves to be called a 'rescuer'. whats the point of rescuing other animals when your job here is only done halfway? what is the point of rescuing then?

  4. Every life is precious. Come, let's put our heads together, and help Abby.

  5. Am i right to say Abby rescuer is Abby's adopter? If Abby's 'misbehave', can we not find another adopter or a boarding facility to take her in?

  6. No, Abby's rescuer is a different person. Right now, Abby is being FOSTERED until she is in better health. She has not been adopted yet. Of course we hope the current fosterer would be able to adopt Abby after some time.
