Another dog needs help – SOS

I would like to seek your assistance in rescuing a dog in Kinrara (BK2 around the coffee shop), Puchong. This poor dog is in a very bad state. There is a big and deep open wound on the head (flies hovering) and the dog is also limping. Came across this dog when I was having lunch there on Sat. Tried to feed him (not too sure if it is a male or female) but hobbled away rather fast. Didnt manage go near him at all. Went round the area a few rounds but was unable to locate the dog. I called SPCA yesterday to seek their assistance but was adviced to call Majlis Perbandaran instead. I didnt call the dog catchers as this poor dog is already in such a terrible state, didnt want it to be caught by them knowing how rough these people can be. I hope we can help this poor dog. If you know of anyone who is experienced in handling animals like that, I do not mind paying for the services.
