Today, I met Meiji when she brought a dog to our panel vet for the treatment of mange.

We have pledged to support Meiji in her ongoing spay-neuter for her rescued cats and dogs. The 102 dogs at her farm have all been spayed and neutered. Now, she has rescued cats as well. How does she manage, by just tapping rubber? She definitely needs help.
Today, we reimbursed her for the spay-neuter of 8 female cats, 3 male cats and 4 female pups (all done in Jan and Feb 2010). That came up to only RM535 for 15 animals, because Meiji uses Klinik Kembiri. It would have easily cost 3 or 4 times more at the private vets.
If you are a rescuer and you have many spay-neuter cases, we do encourage you to use the services provided by Klinik Kembiri. You will save a lot of money. Their rates are much lower than those of private vets.

The only snag is that it is very far for some of us, that is why we are providing spay-neuter services for Subang Jaya, Klang, Sri Petaling, Puchong and Sg Buloh. We are enlisting the help of private vets, hence, it depends on what the vets can offer. And we have to respect that.

I really appreciate KY giving us another option. Always remember to give back to the fund to keep it rolling.
I used to have a huge problem trying to get the cats neutered @ K.Kembiri but with KY's option – I guess I can do more now! Two just got snipped today 🙂
