Sometime in February this year, Blanca (an Australian) and her family, rescued two little kittens from our streets. One did not make it, but the other was nursed by them in their hotel room. One day before they left Malaysia, they asked me to help look for an adopter for “Mrs Towel”, the kitten who survived.

Their little son, Andreas, burst into tears when they handed Mrs Towel to me, and Daniel subsequently adopted Mrs Towel and renamed her Pucci. To pacify Andreas, Blanca had to tell him that I was taking Mrs Towel to the plane and she would be going home with them.
Here’s a photo update from Blanca, from Australia:
Upon their return, Blanca quickly adopted another cat to pacify little Andreas, but this was a white kitten and they named him “Mr Towel”. Blanca told Andreas that Mrs Towel changed colours on the plane, but of course Andreas did not buy that story.
Andreas is very happy with Mr Towel, but he says he is still going to look for Mrs Towel when he visits Malaysia again.
Here’s Andreas with his other pet.
Mrs Towel a.k.a Pucci is now enjoying the good life in Daniel’s home with Bella, Prince and Simba.

I LOVE the photos of Mr. Towel!
Blanca (which means 'white' in Spanish) must have a soft spot for white pets… 🙂 At any rate, she obviously has a soft heart, bless her!
