The dog in the photograph below has been abandoned by its owner, somewhere in Klang. The children of the owner have been trying to bring the dog back, but apparently the owner does not allow it.
Currently, the dog is being looked after by Wei Loong because it wandered into Wei Loong’s house looking for shelter. Wei Loong is looking for an adopter for the dog.

Another abandoned dog..sigh..when will people learn what is the meaning of responsibilities.
Is there a law to punish people who abandon their pets?
Not in Malaysia where you can torture animals and only get fined RM 250 for it.
Poor dog.. he looks lovely.. fingers crossed and will spread the word.
