A male dog neutered and up for adoption

Mandy’s sister found this male dog (now named Tiger) wandering around Taman Chi Liung in Klang.  When called, Tiger followed Mandy’s sister home. 

Tiger has been treated for mange and has been neutered under our sponsorship.
