The following is a detailed account from Myza:
Together with En. Zamri, the officer we went to the ‘tempat kejadian’ to take a look at the dog. According to him, no sign of abuse (no significant wound), except for dog is left with min shelter. The other 3 dogs was not in that bad condition comparing to the one I reported, as, the yellow dog is quite thin and dirty. No sign of food and water and gosh ! it was a hot day, indeed. Can u imagine?
I then, left the scene and the Officers went to the owner’s house. After 15 min. I received a call from En. Zamri. Was told that owner’s not home and he left a notice for them to call him back, within 7 days. He also left messages with the neighbours. Failing to do so, DVS will go to the house again. Notices and compunds will be issued accordingly, yeah, but then again what is RM 200 ..that’s how much animal’s live worth in our Country.I wish, the 6 months jail term is made compulsory to the animal abusers.
For any reason, if the yellow dog is confiscated should the owner refuse to provide necessary shelter to him. I plead for DVS to hand the dog to me. He has a better place to go, with food, shelter and friends…..
Let’s pray for the dog’s welfare and hope DVS will take action accordingly.

OMG! I couldn't accept this thing happened to that dog… WTH with the owner??? Don't keep the dog if can't afford to look after…
Well said. Dont treat them just as guard dog. The so-called "ownwer" should be ashamed of himself/herself.
