Yesterday evening, I received an S.O.S. from Dr Veeranoot. The kind doctor was very worried about a pregnant cat in Section 14 and she wanted to take the cat home to provide her with a safe place for delivery and the nursing of her babies. But Dr Veeranoot didn’t know what to do, so she called for help. She also did not have a cage or a carrier.
I got one of our volunteers to send a carrier to Dr Veeranoot in Section 14, and apparently, the pregnant cat walked in all by herself into the carrier when our volunteer left some food inside. It was also raining quite heavily at that time.
So, the cat is safe and sound in Dr Veeranoot’s house now, and we’ll be helping her with the needs of this cat in the weeks and months to come.
