Hockii, rescued dog in urgent need of fosterer

Corinne Tan (019-3316196) rescued an injured dog sometime before Chinese New Year.  The dog was injured with two open wounds and could barely walk. 

Corinne sent Hockii (his new name now) for treatment at her neighbourhood vet.  He underwent surgery to have the wounds stitched up.  The wounds are closing up now and healing well. 

The vet estimates Hockii to be about 2 years old and is probably of Husky and Shepherd mix.  He is male.  Corinne says he understands the command “sit”. 

Since Hockii has been boarded at the vet’s for so long now (and the cost is escalating), Corinne is urgently looking for a fosterer for Hockii.  Ideally, the fosterer should be able to take Hockii for walks as he needs the exercise. 

Upon full recovery, Corinne will put Hockii up for adoption.
