Punitha also assisted another feeder, Awin, in getting her cats spayed-neutered under our sponsorship.
She writes:
Last Tuesday, I received a distress call from a lady named Awin. She told me that there were cats she’s feeding (once family pets). They’d been abandoned by her neighbour, and this nice person has been doing what she could to make sure the cats were at least fed. Otherwise, the abandoned ones are always outside and left to face the elements. She told me that she already has 12 cats of her own.
Awin asked for assistance with spaying (two females and one male). At the clinic, I was told that the females were in heat and that we’d brought them just in time for the procedure. The male cat was also neutered. I took pictures of them in their cages at the clinic after surgery. Although nervous, they seemed rather okay with people approaching them, it’s hard to seeing them suffering such a fate. But at least they’re not going hungry like the many unfortunate strays out there.

Yes indeed. These "creatures" should be punished for their "crime". Just look at the innocent faces, poor thing.
