Unveiling….AnimalCare’s SECOND tshirt!!

Hello everyone.  On the same day that I posted saying that it was difficult to find a designer to help us come up with a second tshirt, I had a few emails from people volunteering to help.  Thank you so much for your kind offers.  I’m really touched.   

The first to offer help was Mary Yap, who contacted her friend, Erin Lee.  Despite her very busy schedule, Erin said she would help me if I could tell her what I wanted. 

I decided the theme this time should be “Kindness to Animals” in general, so I came up with the tagline “Animals are our Friends”.  I showed Erin several pictures of what I had in mind, and voila….would you believe it?

The next day itself, Erin sent me something which was EXACTLY what I wanted!  The moment I laid eyes on it, I loved it! 

YES, this is it.  It’s got our style – SIMPLE, neat and straight to the point.  No ambiquity, no beating around the bush or having to figure out what the message is. 

With some minor changes, we were all set to unveil our long-awaited second tshirt….

I sourced for the fully-combed cotton material and was told we might just be in the nick of time to grab the very last of the remaining stock if we send in our orders real fast.  So instead of blogging and asking for pre-orders, I decided to send in the order for 300 pieces first.  We have three events this year, and I hope we would be able to sell them off. 

The price of cotton, of course, has gone up considerably (so has everything else!), so in order to cover our cost, the price would be RM22 for the new design.  Being new, we also have to pay for the mould and film. 

And where’s that long-awaited design….??

The sizes I’ve ordered are:

Ladies 36, 38, 40, 42
Child 28, 32, 36 (for children/teens)
Sports 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 (unisex)

To determine your size, measure your chest all around and add 4 inches for a good fit, 6 inches for more comfort.  The Ladies cut has shorter sleeves and is shorter in length.  It also has some “shape”.  The Sports cut is unisex. 

The tshirts are expected to be ready sometime early April. 

I cannot thank Mary and Erin enough for helping us out this time.  To the rest who have offered help, thank you too.  Maybe if AnimalCare can last one more year, we may have a 3rd tshirt? 

The last stock of our first design is available now.  We have already sold 69 pieces.  Thank you very much to everyone who has ordered and paid up.
