I am a total IT-ignoramus.  100% illiterate.  

Ever since purchasing our domain name, I’ve realised “animalcare.my” does not work.  It only works with the “www.” preceding it.  

I didn’t know why and I didn’t know how to solve it…..until Andy Koh of Petfinder.my wrote to me yesterday and offered help.  

Voila….he’s got it done now!  

So, now you can type “animalcare.my” on your browser and it works!!!  (Could you please test it and let me know?)
