Male kitten neutered (in Melaka!) (Catherina Tay’s)

Qiang Qiang is one of the stray kittens fed by Catherina Tay who hails from Melaka.  Yes, the same Catherina who also looks after Jackie, the little kitten who had wandered into an abandoned shoplot last month, remember?  We all sure learnt a lot from this case – who we could write to, who has the authority to help, etc.  Btw, Jackie is fine. 

Catherina got Qiang Qiang neutered at the vet’s in Melaka and has applied for our subsidy (If it’s not our panel vet, we only subsidise based on our rates).
