Request to help a pet cockerel

This is definitely a first.  I received an email request to help a pet cockerel with an injured leg last night.  I’ve consulted our vets and they said they do not have the medication for chickens, so they’d prefer not to.  The best place would be UPM as there is a specialist for chickens there.  Failing which, Zoo Negara is also possible, but only with contacts.

    We brought a sparrow injured by our cats once over to St.Angel, a clinic located in Puchong (near Tesco). We called up beforehand and yes, one of the vets mentioned that they do treat birds. If they could work on a tiny sparrow, i'm sure the cockerel wouldn't be a problem.

    We successfully released the bird after 3 days too. Try here?:

    Year back, I heard thru my friend that there is a vet clinic in Subang where her pet chicken was treated for feet, err, (am I right?) infection.
