On 24th May, Alice Ong requested help for the spay-neuter of 8 rescued dogs from a breeder who allegedly had not looked after them well. The dogs were taken away from the breeder and have been fostered.
Three are being supported by one of the fosterers, and we sponsored the spay-neuter fee of the other five.
Now
Two of the dogs have been adopted. There are six more to go.

Gosh… There are so many pedigrees being abandoned & dumped nowadays. I have rehomed a couple myself. There is just no end to this. The authorities should seriously look into regulating the breeders & compulsory spay & neuter for all pets.
I agree, Anonymous! And the problem will only get worse, as the irresponsible and ignorant breeders continue to mindlessly churn out puppies with congenital health problems. Someone buys a cute puppy from a pet shop and later finds out it needs a fortune in vet care, so they dump it or abandon it at the vet clinic.
The councils are so keen to decrease the number of strays; why won't they impose very high licensing fees for unneutered pets? I guess it's easier to just kill the strays. *sigh*
How do I contact Alice to adopt the dog?
