Here’s the next female cat spayed under our sponsorship today.
This is Mrs Wong’s cat, a neighbour of CP. CP helped bring the cat in today. This cat is one of the elusive cats that CP, Mrs Wong and May had been trying to capture for some time now.
Gosh, she is so angry… Look at all that shredded newspapers.

The cat hissed at the vet and his assistants. Fierce lady.
The last time CP brought the cat, she was already pregnant. This time, she is not. So, she was spayed today.

I think this cat is extra ferocious because she is a nursing mother. It is the protective instinct. I got bitten twice by a newly spayed nursing mother cat while changing the newspaper lining her cage and her poo box. She got spooked when 2 of my faithful adult cats followed me and nosed around, insisting on helping me with everything. So the mum cat spooked, hissed and bit my unfortunate hand next to her, not once but twice! Ouch! Took a course of Augmentin for RM65! Ouch again! 🙂
