Dear all,
Amidst the ongoing work that we do, I have constantly been “bugging” our tshirt supplier on the delivery date of our all-new yellow tshirt.
The agreed deadline was mid-September and I’ve just been informed yesterday that the tshirts will arrive either today or tomorrow.
YAY!!
This is all so exciting because it’s something so new – the colour yellow and the V-neck for ladies.
To all those who have placed your orders, may I first thank you so very much for the show of support.
May I also now request that you remit payment to our PBB account and please send me an email once it’s done? To those who have paid up, thank you very much.
Payment details: http://animalcare.my/p/tshirts.html
I shall be packing and posting your orders as soon as the stock arrives. Those who have requested postal delivery, please ensure that you have sent me your postal addresses. Those who will be collecting from me, please arrange for collection once I announce that the tshirts are ready for collection.
I ordered a total of 300 tshirts, so there will be tshirts for purchase after the pre-ordered ones have been delivered. If you’d like to purchase now, please write to me at chankahyein@gmail.com. Size details are on this link: http://animalcare.my/p/tshirts.html
I also regret to inform you that we are currently really short in the Black design, but I’ve already placed an order, which unfortunately the supplier misplaced, but the matter was resolved last week, so the printing is underway. The new Black and Cute stocks will arrive before 15th September (the supplier said they would “try”), so for those who have ordered Black or Cute along with your Yellows, could you please wait until 15th September? I apologise for the delay as it was an unintentional error on the part of the supplier.
As promised, we missed 31st August, but never mind, since we are celebrating Malaysia Day on 16th September, the Yellows are still on time.
All our designs on available throughout the year, so if you’d like to buy gifts for your friends and family on any festive occasion or anytime of the year, do support us by giving our tshirts as meaningful gifts to your loved ones – you get to support the animals that we help, support us in our ongoing work and spread the message of kindness to animals, which is so sorely needed in our country, especially in light of the recent cat-abuse incident.
Speak up for the animals. They cannot speak for themselves.

Dearest KY,
The Petknode disaster seems to be bringing out some of the same reactions that we saw at the time of the Pulau Ketam disaster. Animal lovers are justifiably enraged, but they don't always know how to deal appropriately with their anger. It flies off in a lot of wrong directions. I admire you now, as always, for sticking to the high road and keeping your eye on what is most productive and helpful.
Trust me, we KNOW how hard you work and what fantastic things you have achieved!! Please don't let this woman's frustration touch you. It's just a stray bullet, fired with no aim.
I'm totally behind you and your team 100%. I know you guys had done a lot for the animals.
I salute adn support you. and i'm gonna buy those shirt too
Looking after 13 cats from own pocket? Wait until she meet people who look after over 100 animals from own pocket. How shallow and self-centred is she, pointing fingers at people who are doing the work that she is not capable of doing herself, and said they are not doing enough?
Animal rescue and welfare is already a difficult work to begin with. What is 13 animals compared to the countless that the NGOs are working so hard to help out there? Yet there are still people who are supposedly doing the similar work sabotaging and saying this kind of inconsiderate comments on other orgs or rescuers. Instead of giving this kind of comments that undervalue the work of others, how about offering your help in a more constructive way? Be a fosterer when needed? Give a little donation? Save another stray from the street? I hope you are at least doing some of these.
To the lady at the PC (I hope you are reading this), if you fancy the occasional 'big-time sponsors and donations', try starting an NGO yourself and see if the money will come to you effortlessly, and see how many animals you can help at the end.
Don't point at others if you don't like the way it is. Do it yourself.
