Cookie, female cat, spayed (Cassie Fernandez’s)

Today, Cassie took leave for a day just to bring Cookie, a mother-cat, to be spayed at our panel vet. Agnes gave them a lift.

Cassie has just got Cookie’s four kittens adopted within 3 days (now, that’s certainly almost a miracle!), and now, it’s only Cookie left.

Her family has agreed to let Cassie foster Cookie until full recovery after which Cookie will be put up for adoption.

Cookie

Cassie telling Cookie not to worry and that she is not abandoning her at all, and also, that everything will be alright.

This is Cassie’s first experience at taking a cat for spaying, so we understand the anxiety and worry. I’ve done so many, and I still worry over each case!

Later, at 3.30pm, Agnes and Cassie dropped in at my house with Cookie in the car. Cookie’s already been spayed and was just a wee bit groggy.

Today’s spaying is sponsored by Cassie herself. She insisted on re-donating back to our fund.

Thank you, Cassie!

I agree with you I have taken so many of my cats for spaying and neutering, and I still worry. I would never op for boarding either, I would send and collect back. Till I have them in my hands again, I will be holding my heart. I dunno why.

    Hi Dr Chan,
just found out in KTAJ fb page, that Cookie is actually missing pet for a year! The owner found her (original name is Amoii) in ktaj’s adoption page. Happy ending for both owner nad Cookie/Amoii
