The Pet Project Malaysia needs trustworthy volunteers (7th Jan 2012)

Dear all,

As you may have read earlier in my posts, we will be participating in the above project, which is a very interesting and invigorating (!) 12-hour dance and sports marathon, which is scheduled to be held on 7th January.

The organiser, Sabrina Saw, is requesting help in the following areas below. If you are able to help, please contact her directly at sabrina@sabrinasaw.com or greg@sabrinasaw.com.

We need help in the following:

1)    Ushering

a.    Parking

b.    Main Event

c.    Throughout Venue

2)    Ticketing & Registration

3)    F&B

a.    Volunteers to help distribute as well as collect funds

4)    Backstage & Crew

5)    Set Up

I need about 30 more TRUSTWORTHY volunteers to help our existing team out and we are really down on numbers. Please if any of you know of any willing and trustworthy volunteers, could you help us spread the word that we are actively looking and to get in contact with me as soon as possible?

I want to make sure we earn as much funds and raise as much awareness as possible for all of you – we are seriously lacking in manpower at the moment!!!
