WANTED: Dog and cat ticks!!

REQUEST FOR TICKS COLLECTION FROM ANIMALS IN THE SHELTER                        

Referring to the matter above, I am pleased to inform you my intention to request for ticks collection by any volunteers from Animal Care. I am Norhidayu Sahimin, research assistant (RA) under supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tay Sun Tee as Principal Investigator from Department of Medical Microbiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya. We are working on research of the diseases carried by ectoparasites especially ticks from animals in the shelters. It is my sincere hope that Animal Care would be able to participate and support the present research.
