Subsidy for neutering of 1 male cat (Yap Siew Hwa’s)

Mrs Lim (Yap Siew Hwa) sent a male cat to be neutered (this is the case of the mistaken identity where the poor male cat was spayed and found to have no uterus).  The cat is alright now.

We have subsidised RM80 for the procedure.
