Medical subsidy for injured kitten with “dropped eyeball” (Nicole Kuang Wei Fen’s)

We have subsidised RM232.80 for this case.

i saw a stray cat, a kitten around 5 months old, at my housing area.
His / her eye ball already “drop” from eye, and slightly swinging when he/she walking or running.
He/she look very serious.
I wish to bring him/her to vet for treatment, but i am worry about the medical charges for this surgery.
Is it possible to apply for subsidy for this medical charges?
He/she is scare of people, once see people, will run away very fast. and i still not able to get close to him/her.

Dear Kah Yein,
The serious eye injured kitten Dan-Dan, was bring back from Vet to my house.
The doctor said she will fighting with other or accident cause her eye-ball come out from her eye.
Dan-Dan is all fine. And she will be staying with me, with all cats forever.
She loses 1 eye, I don’t think she manage to look for food outside, or flight with other cats.
To keep her with me, it is the safest for her, I think!
Files attached are the photo before and after surgery.
If you need more, pls let me know.
I also upload short video of Dan-Dan in YouTube.
I’ll send out the form and receipt tomorrow.
