Neutering subsidy for 2 cats (Lim Swee Yen’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the female cat and sponsored RM80 for the male cat.

Dear Dr.Chan,

I would like to apply for a subsidy to neuter 1 male cat and 1 female
cat.

The male cat was having scabies when I found him. Now that he has
recovered from scabies, I would like to have him neutered before
releasing him back to his original place.

As for the female cat, I brought her back from the market with the
intention to spay her. She will also be released after spaying.
