A reader has written in asking if we could share contact details of taxi drivers who are willing to ferry rescued animals in their vehicles.
If you know of any, please do share their contact details by leaving a comment on this post. Thank you!
Dear Dr Chan,
I’m sure many animal lovers are trying to implement TNRM for their
community strays but since most of us are salary workers working
during the weekdays, we are unable to transport the strays to the vet
clinics for neutering/spaying during working hours and vets don’t do
surgery during weekends.
So, do you or any AnimalCare followers know of any taxi drivers in
Klang Valley who are willing to transport a stray (properly enclosed
in a pet carrier so there’s no mess) in their taxis? It would be very
much appreciated if anyone could share their contact details. Thanks and best regards,
Koo

Koo, you may contact Mr Wong 0123170108, he is part time doing it for animal lovers. He helped me sending rescue to shelter once and is an animal lover too. Please contact him to make arrangement. Good luck….
I noticed this person’s link on Facebook; he says he will do transport all round the Klang Valley. https://www.facebook.com/PetsPetTaxi
Pak Din -012 6556212 (within Klang Valley),but he can only take in cats, However he also feed stray dogs when he sees one. He needs advance notice prior to any booking as he is looking after his very sickly mother.
Meanwhile, check out Pet Taxi ( https://www.facebook.com/PetsPetTaxi). They are 24 x 7 on call service.
