Updates on 29th Aug – Miu Miu has been adopted by her fosterer!

Miu Miu was a little puppy found crying on the road by Joanne Lim on 10th July 2012. At that time, she could not even stand and was dragging the lower half of her body. Joanne brought Miu Miu to the vet and the X-Ray showed that Miu Miu had pelvic fracture. Surgery was not recommended since Miu Miu was so young. So, she was given medication and advised to rest and recover. She also had some problem with her bowel movement. Her medical treatment was subsidised from our funds. Now, Miu Miu has recovered and is an active puppy again. She is up for adoption. If interested, please contact Joanne directly at her email below or on 012-906 1688.

Hi Dr Chan,

Update : Miu miu has recovered well and is an active and healthy puppy since about 2 weeks ago. She is able to pee/poo and function as any other dogs.

Her narrowed rectal palpation doesnt affect her as vet says as long as her poo is round and not flat, she is fine which I have observed and it is round. Only concern is she cannot be pregnant and which she must be spayed later.

Since she is all well now, she can be rehomed and I wish to seek for your help to post for her adoption. She has been vaccinated once and now she weighs around 3.3kg. Attached are some pics of Miu Miu. She is smart, can learn command to `sit’ and give paw too. Miu Miu is up for adoption.
