Neutering subsidy for Rocky Boy, rescued dog (Myza Nordin’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for Rocky’s neutering.

Subject: Rocky Boy

I rescued Rocky, 2 months ago in Selayang. He was infested with maggot and ticks. Caught him and send to the vet where the maggot was removed & de-tick process was done.

I nurture him at home. And now, he is a happy, healthy boy. I am planning to neuter him after Hari Raya and would like to apply for the subsidy. Rocky will be send to the vet for neutering.
