Spaying subsidy for 4 female dogs (Patricia Fam Chew Fong’s)

We have subsidised RM400 for the spaying of 4 female dogs from Patricia Fam.

From Patricia:

Dear Kah Yein,

Good day to you.
I’ve another 4 stray dogs require neutering and request for subsidy. Both dogs were living at my working place(factory) at Bukit Kemuning, Shah Alam.
Please find the attached photo of these 4 dogs. I will be getting them spayed 2 at a time.
